I tried to reality shift with her ‘guided reality shift astral projection’ technique a few weeks ago and the next thing I was astral projecting, and one of the times I was flying around for about 20 mins. That is the longest time I have ever been out and after that in the same night I had an OBE and flew around the house for about 1 minute. This smart woman is the real deal, I wanna thank her so much. Hey, so I just want to thank you for this video! I’ve been trying to shift for four years now and last night when I tried your method, something crazy happened, and I am in shock. I think in the past I’ve kind of lost a little bit of hope, but I listen to your video and all of a sudden I felt an internalized vibration all over my body. In the moment I didn’t realize what was happening because I was half asleep, but suddenly I realized that I was awake and in a void state. I tried to see if I could “exit my body“ and it literally felt like my I don’t know my soul or subconsciousness went out of my face. After that I went really really fast, and I started to see things. All of a sudden I was in a room walking around. My eyes were closed, but I could still see everything. Then I tried to open my eyes and I realized I was actually there. I saw everything from a first person view. I looked at my hands I had full control… I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire life.
