I had the most vivid dream I have ever had in my life, it felt so ethereal. I was flying through outer space, and the stars WERE SO FRICKING GORGEOUS. It felt like a once in a lifetime experience. Like… I’m still in shock.

I used to have 1 dream per week, and now like 2 a day (1 night 1 nap) either lucid dreams or super vivid dream like LSD during this video playing.

I was astral projecting and one of the times I was flying around for about 20 mins that is the longest time I have ever been out and after that in the same night I had an OBE and flew around the house for about 1 minute. this one was amazing, all of a sudden from my head through my whole body started to vibrate as if having a small seizure, at the same time seeing purple which I’ve seen before but also seeing an eye looking back at me, and hearing almost sounding like a radio frequencies, I think I got a little scared maybe since that’s never happened so it slowly dissipated but was so wonderful now I want to do it again

Every night for the past 3 months I have tried all 30-min to 1-hr sleep/guided sleep meditations there is on youtube. Last night I did this one for the first time and I can’t believe it actually WORKED!! This one is very different in how she guides your launch.

I finally did it last night… Separated easily… I’d woken up after being in a deep sleep and I was falling asleep again and I decided to just let my body fall asleep. 

I was able to astral travel after months of trying.
