DIRECTIONS:

Place the sacred herbs of ASTRAL TRAVEL TEA into your teapot. Start with a smaller dose and gradually increase, following your body’s intuition… some people will have good results with one teaspoon’s worth of herbs, while others may require up to two tablespoon’s amount.

Savour this moment of ceremonial magic and imbue your brew with your intention for your Dreaming tonight. Do you wish for a lucid dream? An answer to a particular question? Are you requesting a spiritual or physical healing? Whatever your intention for your Dreaming, whisper it now as you add just-off-the-boil water to your teapot, and gently stir in a clockwise direction.

Allow to steep for at least 10 minutes, sweeten if desired and enjoy HALF of your delicious brew just before bedtime. Now is a wonderful time to light a candle and write your intentions in your dream journal. Then place the remaining brew in a cup by your bed and set your alarm to wake you up in about 5 hours.
